Multi-Family Information (including large condos)

The following applies to those residential units that utilize central collection sites and/or Borough owned recycling containers (totes):

1. Debris, furniture, rugs and appliances from renovations will be handled by own hauler or contractor.
2. Commingled Cans and bottles (glass, metal or plastic) will be placed in the large green recycling containers or dumpsters. (no bags)
3. Newsprint (and anything including with it) will be placed in the black lidded green totes or dumpsters marked newspaper. Remember - no plastic or paper bags. They need not be tied.
4. Mixed paper (office paper, brochures, pamphlets, catalogs, magazines, junk mail, flyers etc.. will be placed in Borough supplied red containers for pickup. They need not be tied. (no bags)

Note: (Managers/Agents) if you need more recycling containers (totes) please call. You are reminded that there is a minimal charge for the lease of the green totes but no charge for the red ones.
